Buckwheat Tea / Ku Qiao Tea
Made from roasted
buckwheat from China, Buckwheat tea is a very popular herbal
beverage in Southeast Asia and Japan, where it is known as Soba
Cha. This herbal tisane makes the perfect cuppa for everyday
drinking.

Taste:
Refreshing tea with unique nutty fragrance and taste. Good for
multiple infusions. Reminiscence of Japanese Mugicha.

Brewing method
Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2 teaspoons
for every 500ml of water. Infuse in hot water at 90°c to
95°c for 2 to 4 minutes for the first and second brewing.
Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent
brewing.
